GarJar Bears

1. Information required.

In order to process your purchase of my bears, GarJar Bears (referred to as I, myself and me in the rest of this policy) will require your name, postal address and your email address.  

If you want to commission a GarJar Bear, please contact me directly.  You may want to provide me with additional personal information (special dates, names etc).

2. How your information is used.

Your name and postal address will be used to ship your parcel and for you to confirm that your details are correct on your invoice.

Your email address will be used by myself to consult with you about your commissioned bear.  I will also keep you updated by email with the progress of the making process of your bear.  Your email address will finally be used to email you your invoice with payment details on.

3. Third parties. 

The privacy and personal details of my customers will be respected at all times.  I will never share your information with any third parties.

I use Royal Mail for my deliveries, I believe your house number and postcode will be used in order to process your delivery by Royal Mail.

4. How long your Information is kept.

Your information will be retained by myself for as long as necessary until your purchase is completed. 

If you contact me by email to inform me that you would like to be kept up to date with news about exclusive bear releases and bear previews, I will keep your email on file in order to do so.

Although, I may be required to retain your information for longer to comply with legal, regulatory and record keeping obligations.
